I don’t know if this will help others but please everyone, read the small print on your cover documents. My excess was £150 and then they didn’t pay the first 25 per cent of each bill also. Basically they didn’t even pay half of each claim. My schnauzer ended up with pancreatitis, diabetes, double pneumonia, an ear infection, and eventually we were told he had leukemia. He was eating but losing weight. We had to put him to sleep as we couldn’t watch him suffer. There should have been a death payment but I was then told that they only paid that if my dog had died in an accident. Apparently they can’t possibly pay for every sick dog that dies. Our other 3 dogs are with this company also but they are too old to be taken on by another company.
