Are there any chews or treats that can help a teething puppy?

Great question! I would avoid anything really tough to start with as you do not want to cause any damage to the teeth. You can try chilled/frozen carrots or bananas, rabbit ears, tripe sticks, beef tracheas.
From a DIY point of view, you can ball up a sock(s) and pop them in a freezer until nice and cold and offer it to your pup as a toy.
It goes without saying to offer your little one plenty of water and supervise the play time
