Exe Valley dog food

Has anyone come across exe valley dog food? On first impressions it sounds great,but then i realise the info is incomplete. It says meat and veg are gently steamed but dousnt say how the product is formed. It doesnt state carb content.

Looks like another Goldenacres food. Pretty good really and approx. 45% carbs. Believe its cooked at 90C and its extruded.
