Cold Pressed diet and treats

I am in the process of switching my puppy from extruded kibble to Gentle cold pressed. So far we are doing one meal a day cold pressed and two kibble. The plan is to slowly replace until all 3 meals are cold pressed.
I’ve been reading about the potential danger of mixing extruded kibble with cold pressed and it’s got me worried about some of the training treats we have. Is it ok to use packets of baked training treats, such as Scrumbles softies, alongside a cold pressed diet?
Also, is the slow switch of one meal at a time ok for gradually reducing the extruded?

Just wondering what you mean by these two canine edibles conflicting? As far as I can think in human terms, non cold pressed is just a bit more like fast food vs healthier wholefood type food.

So, to me, it is expected to feed them not cold pressed treats as that would be severely limiting their possible food/treat intake and reduce the appeal of cold pressed.

Is there any literature on the two comflicting that you have come across?
