A worrying report although I do wonder if some of these chemicals are still used illegally as pesticides.

That is a very worrying report. I thought flea treatments were absorbed into the animals skin and I don’t think dogs are bathed that regularly, certainly not cats. Not every dog goes swimming either, so it is a puzzle as to how so much of the insecticides get into the waterways.
