Previously members have not been able to include links within their posts. David will be changing this so that after three posts our members will be able to post links. We decided to use the three post threshold to deter potential spammers.
This means that members will also be able to show photographs that are hosted on other websites e.g. Photobucket, Flickr, Imgur etc. For those who are not aware of how this works, here is a quick description:
- Upload your photograph to a hosting site as referred to above.
- When the photo is uploaded, look for the IMG code (see graphic below).
- Copy the code.
- Go back to your post and paste this code into it.
- Submit your post.
- Done.
