3 years now and doing great! In the last months I am cooking for them quite a lot , in fact supper is normally home made food. so I am using less dry food… For their home made food I use either Vegdog or V-complete supplements.

Millennials driving plant-based diets for dogs, VetChef finds. https://www.petgazette.biz/companies/vetchef/

Just tried to look at the link but it looks like it’s paid content as it wants my email and to chose a subscription. I was going to mention though that pet owners are now being prosecuted in various countries for feeding dogs and cats a vegan diet and not treating malnutrition problems that later occur. It would be interesting to see with the UK recognising dogs as sentient whether more direction is given into providing choice for your dog. That said if dogs have genuine medical reasons for a vegan diet then veterinary supervision will be available and malnutrition shouldn’t become a problem.

Sorry about that Spanielowner, the Pet Gazette articles have always opened up in my browser so wasn’t aware of the sign up but on trying another browser it does ask to register for free. I haven’t been able to source the original Vet Chef info. However the interest in Vegan, Vegetarian dog food continues to gather pace. There is of course puppy’s to consider. https://vegan-dogfood.co.uk/plant-based-puppies/
