Wet food for liver disease

Hi all,
I have an 11-year-old dog with liver disease. She is eating Purina Hepatic dry food but sometimes she doesn’t eat it. My idea is to put a small portion of wet food mixed with the dry food just to give more flavour, but I’m not sure what to use and I don’t want to harm my dog’s health.
Can you recommend me wet food with liver support?
Thanks in advance!

Hello and welcome to the forum. There are very few foods that are specifically labelled as suitable for liver disease. You are already using one of these. Wet foods, particularly the high quality ones tend to have higher fat levels. I haven’t searched recently but the lowest I could find when I last looked was Burns Penlan Farm, chicken variety. There may be other ones that are lower in fat but they will probably be of a lower rating. We have several threads that might be of use to you:

Thanks, i will give it a try with Burns Penlan Farm and then give feedback!
