Hi Everyone,

We are a family run pet shop based in Warrington, Cheshire.

We cater for all kinds of pet needs and have a strong focus on providing the absolute best service to the customer and their pets.

We established in 1980 and have now grown to stock over 10,000 lines, all of which you can order online and have at your door the next day. Alternatively you can pop into our high street shop, where we have two floors of lines on display. We have a strong team of trained employees who strive to put the customer first, providing professional advice and sharing that natural love for pets. We do stock a full range of pet foods and accessories but we’re proud to say we specialise in the natural and healthy stuff, with a range of feed and treats that are just that, 100% natural. We also aim to support British produce and stock it wherever we can.

Hello and welcome to the forum. Many of us are supportive of small retailers. It is good to shop where the staff are interested and knowledgeable in what they sell, particularly when it comes to pet nutrition.

I 100% agree, a lot of good independent shops in general (not just pet shops) have an awful to to offer when it comes to advice and service.

I know our staff try there very hardest to offer useful advice and go that extra mile to keep all our customers happy.
