Hello,
Two manufacturers of Duck Fillets - Aldi and Pets at Home - one makes theirs with 89% duck breast and the other with 94% duck breast but both total protein as 60% in nutritional information because the 89% breast one has the additional ingredient of vegetable protein.
It may surprise you that Aldi is 94% duck breast and no added veg protein. However, Pets at Home (The Deli Dog) seems to have a higher rating when i last checked as Aldi’s Langham Duck Breast Fillets are not listed on AADF.
Granted the PAH version is now also not accessible on AADF. But why did PAH have 80% if i recall and Langham (not listed specifically) as a brand only gets a 60% rating on average?
Just looking for the best duck breast for my pup. He loves his duckies.
I think i should move to buying Langham from Aldi rather than Pets at Home??
Hopefully thanks in advance for your opinions and maybe someone from AADF can clarify something here?
